Hello so my rage plugin hook crashes. I can only play like 2-3 mins and it crashes.

And it does this everytime you play, within a few minutes? Your log not saying much to me but im no genius, just compared to mines it looks the same, I did notice this

Kept trying to create a swap chain. I think you may need to force directx11 by starting Rage and immediately hitting the setting button, go to game setting>command line switches, and put a check into directx 11, also force windowed mode. Let me know if that helps.
