The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am wanting to have any police units that spawns itself, for example ones that patrol or sit on the side of the interstate or at the airport, to be unmarked cars. I am not sure which slots are spawned, if not all of them. Anyone know? Thanks in advance, all my police units are added as addons, whether they were intended to be or not so I could name them properly.
