The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm new to LSPDFR, I have the basics of getting plugins and such, but I'm having problems with the Emergency Lighting System. I have everything needed, everything is up to date, and I followed every YouTube video to a T. However Ragehook will not start the game. Please help

ELS should have no bearing on whether or not Rage starts, as ELS is completely separate script.  Can you launch GTA via the GTA5.exe? and once in game, does ELS work?
