[Request] Marked Panto

I feel like there's a definitely a niche a marked panto can fill, as a lore friendly police (traffic) vehicle. I saw a SMART car mod but not one for a panto, and none that were not ELS compatible.

On gta5mods (The website) there's an unmarked panto mod that's unlocked, but it's lacking a light-bar and any skin support/templates. *I tend to skin any vehicles I use myself so it doesn't need to be skinned before hand, but a template would be amazing.

The owner of it says that it's fine to modify it as long as you credit him. If I am not allowed to link it let me know and I'll remove the link.
