Have reinstalled the game from scratch after first tries (used to work fine).
I'll post the entire log, but basically I can get into story mode fine, LSPDFR doesnt work and when loading it manually (reloadallplugins, this is the only plugin I have and no other mods) i get this message:

So far I think I've tried everything (including disabling anti virus and even firewall) and I also don't have advancedhook so I'm not sure what is happening.

Since I'm not running any other mods, I removed dinput8.dll from Scripthook V, reinstalled Ragehook and now the game just crashes when trying to load through Ragehook and need to revalidate game files each time i want to play online

How big are the files you have to validate everytime? The size could mean a single file is corruputed or a whole archive.

No idea, how can I see that? Thanks for pitching in at least. 🙂
It goes fairly quickly so I was assuming its scripthook reverting to version right before this last update but cant say for sure.

Well, if the download is quick, I suppose it's one of the files from the main GTA folder, which are sometimes overrun by RPH, although I don't know which ones.
Usually dinput8.dll is your best bet.

Can you please paste here your RPH crash report? It's a text file in you main GTA directory, named RagePluginHook.txt

There is no .txt file, just .log file in main directory (as posted) and then more .log files in mainfolder\logs\
