Stuttering with lspdfr

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. when downloading a siren and went over some limit (check firsthirtyminutes video about how to install a siren) when i joined my game started stuttering. i went back to my siren and it still happened (driving around fast and textures loaded in later) i went back to my first siren wich goes under the limit, and i thought it was good and all until i did a traffic stop two thigs came up to me shooting me and i pulled my gun it stuttered when equiping it and while shooting too. When deleting a couple mods interaction + and some other wich  dont remember i pulle danother traffic stop and i pulled my weapon on them for testing purpose and the passenger stepped out shooting me when i shot back it stuttered until i stopped shooting. Any help would be appreciated.

I also dont keep backups or use my mods folder alot (sorry)

what pc hardware do you have? what kindof pc you have? i have a pretty good pc, not the best but good enough to play any game i like, sometimes i have to go on medium or low settings for some games. I have an I5-2500k cpu and amd hd6950 gpu and for me to run only lspdfr on lowest graphic settings with no mods installed... pure vanilla + lspdfr only and i get frame rate drop too... i suspect as they update lspdfr they will organize the code as they go and they can identify ways to optimize... the better the AI then you need to check more stuff every game tick so they need to give the best result and smartest AI by doing as little with cpu as possible. Sometimes a game is designed in a way that can't accommodate your imagination. I have made many mods I love but GTA can't handle them lol. GTA is a difficult game to mod because it is calculating tons of stuff and adding to the cpu load is a delicate process. Many games you can mod easily because they do very little to begin with but gta is a very complicated game and cpu heavy game to start and now we are adding more to it!

The best way to mod gta would be to turn off every game script you can possible find... disable everything the game does... and literally do it all manually yourself and control every aspect of the world. That would truly be the best way to mod gta. A pure sandbox mode to just build from. A lot more work though haha.
