The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ASI Plugins Not Loading, PD Station doors not accessible

I have the latest 1604 update and scripthook and RPH, but for some reason most of my ASI plugins including PLD are not loading and the doors interior or exterior to the Mission Row station are inaccessible, I should mention unlike the earlier post I am able enter the station through the front doors just not through the jail entrance, I've double checked my scripthookV dinput8 etc, it's all current, is this a known issue with maybe the new scripthookV? If it is I haven't found any info anywhere to indicate it is.

Views don't mean anything, especially since the views take guest views into account.

My advice is do a reinstall of Rage, it sounds like there might be an error.

So as for the station doors not accessible I had to reinstall LSPDFR, the problem with the ASI scripts was that they somehow all got corrupted and needed to be replaced, it may have had something to do with my keeping ASI support with scrithook V when I should have removed ASI support once SHV was updated.
