So when Iaunch the rage program it loads up and said Injoy but when gta opens up its only in haft screen and I can’t  maximize this. Thank you 

Press Shift on your keyboard, then click on Rage Plugin Hook icon > Game Settings > Uncheck "Force Windowed Mode" and "Borderless Window"
