The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I only see one issue, but no idea if it's causing the crashes.

 

[1/16/2019 2:50:07 PM.274] LSPD First Response: LSPDFR+ encountered an exception reading 'Plugins/LSPDFR/LSPDFR+/CourtCases.xml'. It was: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

 

I'd redownload the CourtCases.xml and verify if that fixes it.

EDIT: LSPDFR+ does not have a courtcases.xml file in the download. To fix this issue you have to delete the courtcases.xml and LSPDFR+ will automatically download it for you.
