Hello everyone, i really need help with my game. I have no mods installed; except lspdfr and rage and script5and "better visuals"

. Everything is up to date, I load into the game, go on duty and then as soon as a callout comes in or i force the first callout the game crashes to desktop. If no callouts come in then the game eventually freezes (20-30 seconds later). I don't have windows activated and the troubleshooter does not have any errors. HELP PLEASE!!
