Sheriff 2 textures not working

Hi all. I only have visualv installed in mods and for some reason my sheriff2 vehicles textures are woncky. I have found many fixes with nvr but none for visualv.

 

Can someone please help.

 

I have tried everything.

Remove VisualV and download Make Visuals Great Again.
