Hey :P was wondering if i wanted to make a nomral car into a police car but i wanted to obviously have police lights on it? How would i do that, would really appreciate a link to a video or just what software?

You will need 3D modeling software, like Zmodeler or 3DS Max (which can be somewhat expensive). From what I understand, there's quite a learning curve to the software and it would probably take a while to get acquainted with it. There are a few tutorials floating around the internet but I don't have links at the moment. You will also need to either make your own light bar or find an unlocked one. Or maybe copy in one of GTA's default ones (I'm not a modeler, not sure).
