ELS installed correctly but not working

hey guys, im trying to install ELS but its not working. i looked in the asiloader log file and this is what i got:

ASI: Loading "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS.asi"
     "ELS.asi" failed to load

i have the latest version of script hook v, and the required advancedhook asi and dll, it does not say its blocked and i've tried multiple car packs, i searched everywhere but nothings working, anybody know whats wrong?

 

update: apparently i had been using els files from the V8.51 version and not the V1.05 version. i installed the correct version and everything is working fine now.
