Need HELP please! rage hook wont load

sry i know ppl has posted many times but ive read and watched videos to idk what else to do..anyhow im trying to get all this going for my son im pretty computer stupid when it came to adding the mods and stuff like that but videos and forums ive read helped with that but for some reason i still cant get this to load anything with gta v i get the setting menu on the rage hook but once i click save and lauch it pops back up says validating hook, validating system then shuts off.. idk what else to do been messing with this for 2 damn days..agin sry i know its been posted 100 times but obviously im not doing something right..any help would be greatly appreciated
