The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Does ELS  only work if you  you have LSPDFR installed  and have LSPDFR running

asking cause I has a els car installed that I tried activating with control p   only brought up the in game menu / pause menu  ( was outside of lspdfr as a reg civ michael )
and when remapped to ctrl F11 nothing

    ELS is a completely independent mod and only requires ScriptHookV.  Make sure you've done all of the installation requirements correctly.

    open the ELS INI and look for "TogInfoPanel; =", change this to 85.  Now CTRL U will open the console.   Try that in game.
