EUP Menu Error - Won't Load Despite L&O Pack Being Installed

Hi! I need help with running the EUPMenu.dll file. I keep receiving an error saying that EUP - Law & Order is not installed and is required for the menu to function. I have however installed the menu using both OIV package installer and then manually putting in the files into my game. The menu is running at the most up to date version, RagenativeUI is also up to date, as far as I am aware. RPH is updated, Scripthook, the game is up to date. Everything is working except for EUP! I can't play without it 😞 makes the game so boring not having it!! 

 

Please some suggestions, I've used EUP since it was first released and never had any issues until now.. Thank you!!!
