ELS v8 problem D:

Hi, just started with ELS police cars (LCPD police IMPALA) but the lights dont work properly. The lightbar flashes (it should ''turn'') and warning sign looks very weird its not clear as it should be. I tried every method but doesn't work. THIS IS GTA IV. video was to large to post.
