Hey guys ! since the new update of gta 5 1604 something , whenever i try to launch the game from steam with rph for lspdfr it just keep rotating those loading pictures with rph loading & populating the world etc but the game don't start  !! i wait for like 5 minutes and the whole picture gallery came back to that starting piccy of girl.. 

 

Can you tell me whats the fix for this ! ?

This fixed my problem but deleted all my custom police vehicles xd
