The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Its looks like your lspdfr is crashing when trying to start traffic control plugin. the plugin was made my stealth and he left and long time ago and traffic control is pretty much broken now.

 

Your best bet is to uninstall Traffic Control Plugin

Thanks for the tip but its not that. After uninstalling traffic control Albos radio yelled at me for not having it and then the mod crashed
