Hi all, 

I'm not entirely sure if this topic has been addressed in the forums. However, I would like to create custom textures for a police officers uniforms (more particular the county uniform). I'm unsure where to locate these files, and are just looking to redo the whole county uniform..clean it up a little. Appreciate it if you're able to help me. 🙂
