The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I change the handling ID for Police2 and Police3, they don't change in game after I have put the vehicles.meta in through OpenIV. Is there a fix for this?

    Makee sure you're pressing "edit mode" before and after you install the edited meta.
