The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

For the last few days I've been trying to play LSPDFR. I realized that RPH was in the wrong version so I went to download the latest version (which I guess is in Alpha). When I went to run it in my GTA V directory, this error pops up, and then the RAGEPluginHook executable disappears. I may have done something wrong, or something may just be broken. Either way I felt this one of the best places to ask for help. 

If anyone has any tips, or knows something I do not, any help is appreciated.

not sure but check real time scanning for you virus program and add the ragepluginhook.exe into the exclusion list for your anti virus
