Even when i disable loading all plugins on startup or select plugins, my game start Infinite loading, in open iv i doesn't have the green bar.

OK, I gonna write here more informations about my situation

 

When i start my gta 5 with rage plugin hook game is starting loading after loading all plugins on startup on left it every single plugin says something like succesfully loaded plugin and name of the plugin, after that i hear the ready sound (i mean that sound after that is gonna get the view from sky) and like 5 seconds after the sound game crashes.
