The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, I've been modding GTA V and PC games in general for a while now, but for some reason LSPDFR has never worked properly for me. All of my play sessions end in it crashing, whether i have plugins installed or not. I've tried everything I've found to try through google searches so here I am. My thought was if someone could link me their LSPDFR folders that they have no issues with and see if I'm doing something wrong with LSPDFR or if something else is wrong on my end. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated because I absolutely LOVE LSPDFR and am dying to play it without the constant worry of crashing in the middle of a pursuit or callout.
