The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Dou you have a idea about de delay for release the new update of script hook v? i have lost my backup of GTAV and i cant play lspdfr with the new patch of GTAV 😡

ScriptHookV is not a requirement for LSPDFR, you are still able to play LSPDFR without issue.  If your game is crashing, it is most likely due to ScriptHook dependent scripts.  I recommend temporarily removing these until SHV is updated.  Also, SHV is not affiliated with LSPDFR.  SHV is by Alexander Blade.  You can keep up to date with releases here - http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
