Two mods with same file but I need both of them to work

I had the LCPDFR mod and Indicator mod installed in my GTA IV directory but they both come with Advancedhook.dll files and I need both of them but I have no choice but to replace them!

 

I tried using two of them at the same time but it still said LCPDFR had an error and for me to check my files.

 

So I've been searching around and still can't find a solution so I wonder how other people done it no problem. Somebody please help Thankyou!
