The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

can anybody help me get these peds downloaded im having so much trouble.... im trying to download the enhanced lspd peds, the noose tru ped model, and the tactical sheriff?

    Can you clarify, are you struggling to download to your computer, or install them into your game?

    In OpenIV, go to mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks--->patchday17-->dlc-->x64-->models-->cdimages-->patchday17ng.rpf

     

    Now click "edit mode".

     

    Drag and drop the ped files in.

     

    Click "edit mode" again and you're done.
