I've installed LCPDFR for a while so I know that alt+t x2 it's gonna spawn taser but idk why it can't. I tried everything to fix it, re installed, manual installed,  ShowHolsteredTaserOnPlayer=True.

EVERYTHING!!!! But it can't.

try loading it in your car, that's what works for me.. so pull up weapon wheel in the car.

So u installed the Taser mod and placed the files in the correct place?

 Here's a video explaining how to check if your Taser is set to True or False.

 

And if that doesn't work you can manually install it here 

Make sure you scroll down to where it says method 1 and the Taser download file will be there. This is what I had to do once.
