The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have tried most solutions out there (Uninstall the ASI stuff in OIV, Reinstall Plugins, Make sure you have Scripthook and advanced hook, Make sure you put the VCFs in the right place Etc.) nothing has worked I will provide any information that has a chance of leading to a fix, thank you.

    Check the ELS documentation, as you're doing something incorrect at some point during the installation. ELS does indeed work.
