The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I use the OpenIV to install 

this siren, but I do everything what I'm supposed to do, but it just doesn't change it, for some reason, but the CHP siren from Polecat he already has it like in 64x/audio/ and etc and it works, but this one doesn't it's weird
