There's not a whole lot of choices.  There's either

I personally prefer EMS Mod for EMS, but remember, this is still GTA.   Neither mods are going to have the in depth functionality that I'm sure you're looking for.

You can try asking him, but with Youtubers, don't expect a response.  Most of them don't.

Yeah i have tried before and got nothing. He has a list of his mods he uses but still does not show how he does EMS
