Can anyone recognize which Motorola radio model is this sound?

I

recorded for the show "Live", about the South Korea Police. However, doing searches by google and forums, I did not find anything about which model of motorola would be.

Perhaps have a relation with Motorola Talk Permit Tone 

Additionally, I'm looking for siren sounds they use in their emergency vehicles. I can not find it either.
