This is a Tutorial of how to downgrade your gtaiv to 1.0.7.0, PM me if you have any issues

 

What you need:

- Fresh Install Of your GTAIV

- Title Update 1.0.7.0

-follow closely of my instructions

 

1. Take your Paul.Dll out of your Directory and place it on the desktop. to force the update to locate the directory

2. Run the Title Update be sure to extract it into a folder onto the desktop

3. hit the x when this comes up

4. drag the paul.dll into your directory from the desktop then start your game it should pop up like this if you did it right.
