The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can anyone help me? I'm so comfused on what I did wrong. I'm new to lspdfr as I just downloaded it today and I'm blocked by this.

    Did you go to the Rage website and download the very latest version?  If not, please do.  The version that comes with LSPDFR is outdated.
