Screenshot your \plugins\LSPDFR, \plugins, \scripts and gta v directory.

"/scripts" -I have not found

No, the lspdfr add-ons. Have you edited the ini files? and screenshot your \lspdfr\police scanner as well.

Make sure you install script hook and community script hook as well.

No, I did not edit, because I do not know how to do it .

Update traffic policer to 6.14.1.2, and arrest manager to  7.9.1.0.
