The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

hello, i am having an issue where whatever car (tahoe) i put into sheriff2, always has a skin issue where itll show the correct one for a moment and then glitch back to an older skin i used awhile ago. Any idea on how to fix that issue?

New to LSPDFR! Looking for support 

The newer model probably doesn't have a +hi.ytd files, but the old one does, that file is not required, but it is used to display 4K liveries when you are close to the vehicle. Some vehicle modelers make that file while some don't, remember to check that the +hi.ytd file is removed whenever you install a vehicle that doesn't have that file.
