The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello LEO's I am back again with a RPH error, I am not sure what the issue is, I get random crashes from RPH and I am not sure how to read the crash report so I am unable to fix my own issues. So once again I turn to you my brother and sisters in blue to try to help me figure this thing out. As I stated before I will be on patrol (Force Duty) at random locations and get random RPH crash so if anyone out there can guide me on how to correct whatever is causing the issue that would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Crash Report attached.

Emergency Strobes could be conflicting with ELS, try removing that.

Ok seemed to work, I am not sure why that would have caused the problem. I did not think a mod could cause a memory error , but it did seem to fix it for now thanks for taking the time out to help. Was there anything else that you might have saw that could cause problems.
