The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Some key features of LSPDFR mod like road management, ped manager etc are not working. I am using the latest version of LSPDFR mod and rage script. GTA 5 game version is 1493. When i press f6 nothing happens. Can someone tell me that how this problem can be fixed?

These are not default features of LSPDFR, they are from add-on plugins like Traffic Policer, Stop The Ped, etc.
