Actually tell us what the error message says, then post a diagnostic log. If you don't know what that is, it's time to start reading the stickied topics at the top of this Support forum.

edit: Warning message is Fatal Error RMN440

Is it a cracked copy of the game or a retail copy?

Is it patched to the latest version?

D you have LCPDFR installed?

Does it work without LCPDFR?

And I read the pinned threads. I'm just wondering if this is because im using windows 7, since the error message clearly says :

"GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Windows XP: Need to have Service Pack 3 or higher to procceed.
