hi guys i need help once again with els i just got a new pc and i installed gtav and els and i did the instructions right from the Manuel and i go to launch els my headlights and tail lights only flash  and i thought it was the car because i installed the els chp pack then i switched to an lapd fipu and still the same thing the light bar does not flash and only the tail and headlights only flash and no in game els menu shows up and i do have my antivirus disabled if anyone can please help me out and sort this issue that would be great please message me back as soon as possible and also here is my pc specs and if anyone needs pics of my folder please let me know thanks from nypd1999

and also is there an els support page or some how i can contact the devolper MSG me about that as well

Did you put the xml files in ELS/pack default for each car
