The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

GTA 5 mods folder not working

Hello, I have downloaded GTA5 and created a mods folder within the game files. I have script hook V, Script Hook Vdotnet, and I have access to OpenIV. I have also copied the update folder and x64 file into the folder. But, when I launch my game it is like the mods file is not even there. I can't even use native trainer by pressing F4. Anyone know how to solve so my mods file is working? Any help would be very appreciated.
