ELS Not Working

Hello Everyone, 

 

So its been a while since ive used LSPDFR and am back into everything again.  I installed ELS and followed the install directions exactly how they are stated and watched videos as well.  I also installed an ELS vehicle pack and the vehicles works fine but no lights seem to work at all except K and L which only turn on my left or right blinker lol Link to the Vehicle pack I installed is included here: 

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue a few times., Check the vehicle handling meta and make sure diffuseTint looks like this <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> otherwise it will add a black screen or dark tint to your lightbars and lights and you can't see them.
