Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

Hello.

 

Everytime I start GTA V with LSPDFR, the game just stops working after loading (Rockstar logo yellow and blue + police sirens and lights) and a text comes up and says "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus." I've tried to reinstall GTA V many times but this problem still occurs. I've also tried to use Alboo1125s LSPDFR Troubleshooter, and that fixed 3 errors (no Albo1125.common.dll, no LSPDFR folder inside plugins, and no RageHookUI), but I still get this problem. My game have runned smoothly many times before, and it is just now it stopped working. Note that I'm running RageHook as administrator and my current Anti Virus is not blocking GTA V, LSPDFR or RageHookPlugin.
