so I want to play with Non ELS vehicles but I want to activate the lights using the left D-PAD 

i want to activate the main siren with the down D-PAD and secondary siren with up D-PAD and the highbeams (takedowns) with the right D-PAD 

 

basically ELS control for Non ELS vehicles or FiveM controls for Non ELS vehicles. I want this to work for my single player game 

 

 

How does one accomplish this task ???

 

any assistance is appreciated thank you kindly before hand !
