Hello!
I've been looking around but I can not find anything that can help me... I'll explain:
I would like to create a plugin for RAGE, such as events and calls for LSPDFR, but I'm a beginner with programming, and I would like to know the basic knowledge that I should have to then evolve to create something even simple, but I can see live in GTA.

Can anyone make me a list?
I will try to document myself, but I would need the various topics to know and then be able to move.
