The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can someone help me install LSPDFR?

Hello. I've been trying for 3 days straight attempting to get LSDPD FR to work with the "essential" plugins. But it keeps corrupting my game. If someone would be kind enough to help me trough teamviewer I would be so grateful. I really want this awesome mod to work.

Yes I have. I've literally crashed gta 10 times and reset and started over again, over and over.

Installing the plugins doesn't corrupt your game unless you're doing something extremely wrong.  I recommend watching Jeff Favignano's installation video, as he makes it very simple.
