hello I have a proble with rageplugin. I am trying to change the console key but every time I change it goes back to default even after I press save. how do I fix?

when I press f4 the console doesnt show up either

I think your RagePluginHook isn't loaded good, the console key is changed but the whole RPH isn't loaded. When you start RPH do you get a square box and it tels you wich plugins are loaded? If not, try starting GTA and as soon as the rockstart thing starts start your RPH.
