The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am sure this is a quick fix, but I used to hit the E key and it would activate my siren and lights. Now for some reason it only actives my air horn on the police car. 

How can I fix this back to the original E key?

First of you should post this in GTAV support not LSPDFR support, but this is jsut a simple keybinding just change it in the GTAV settings menu. It's as easy as that
