Everytime the police car hits an object, I lose control.

Just freshly installed this mod to give it another try. Every time I hit a stop sign, or crash into something, the car stops, the wheels start turning, then my character jumps out of the car pointing an invisible gun at absolutely nothing. I'll even be attacked by other cops. I have literally nothing else installed by this and ENT. 

I ran the trouble shooter, fixed the issues that popped up, and this is still happening. I'm at a lost, frankly. I don't get any errors or notifications when it starts bugging out like it does.
