The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How to remove random event white blips on mini-map?

So, I'm 99% sure that the white blips that show up on the mini-map when playing LSPD:FR are completely vanilla (no plugins or anything except RagePluginHook and LSPDFR). I've searched all over and the only answer that I've found is that it's part of one of the plugins I may have (Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, etc, Assorted Callouts, etc.). I've gone through all the plugin configs and removed anything that had to do with a blip, but it's still there. I don't want to remove the mini-map, because (like most players) I don't know the map by heart (yet...). I know in Online you can disable certain blips through the Interaction Menu, but that's never worked.

I've seen YouTubers like Jeff Favignano and FirstThirtyMinutes not having this problem.

Its the first few lines in traffic policer, set to false.
